Every piece from Aymee Shop is made with care and intention. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your order, we're here to help — no hassle, no stress.

ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

- Request submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags are still attached
- Item is free from perfume, stains, or signs of use

Please note: Final sale items, bodysuits, and intimates are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

It's simple — just reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order:

1. Fill out our Contact Form (https://www.aymee.shop/pages/contact) with your order number and reason
2. We'll confirm eligibility and send you a prepaid return label
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier location
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days

RETURNS

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank.

EXCHANGES

Want a different size or color? We'll do our best to accommodate. If the requested item is available, we'll ship it out as soon as we receive your return. If it's no longer in stock, we'll issue a full refund instead.

RETURN SHIPPING

We've got you covered. Aymee Shop covers the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns and exchanges within the United States. We'll send you a prepaid label once your request is approved.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please fill out our Contact Form (https://www.aymee.shop/pages/contact) with a photo of the item. We'll resolve it right away — at no cost to you.
